2017 has started with a bang! Today, is the day that Physio First release their online booking feature. This is fantastic news for Physiotherapists across the UK and will see a huge improvement in how patients can book appointments. Product launches must be a new trend in 2017 with TM3 launching new Clinical Notes very soon.
Alongside Physio First’s beautiful new website and revamped Find a Physio directory site, Physio First and transformational partner Blue Zinc have added an online booking feature too. The new online booking functionality will allow patients to book an appointment directly with registered members, meaning 24/7 bookings and a huge reduction in administration!
This new functionality is made possible by Blue Zinc’s Pronto Network. Pronto allows you to share your availability with Physio First’s Find a Physio service. Pronto is available to clinics who use TM3, TM2 and PPS. For anyone who does not have any of these practice management systems, there’s a solution for you too - the Pronto Portal.
There are numerous benefits associated with online booking, but we’ve listed the main ones below to whet your appetite:
This service is included as a membership benefit for Physio First members. Pronto will charge you a small booking fee per appointment (£1.20-1.80 including VAT). However, Pronto will charge you a small fee per booking. For more information on pricing, visit the Physio First online booking FAQs page, by clicking here*.
*Please ensure you are logged in and go to ‘patient online booking’ category.
If you are not a Physio First member, you can sign up here.
If you want to be amongst the first to offer this convenient way of booking appointments to your patients click here - online booking. Once you’ve registered your interest, the Pronto Network will set you up on Find a Physio, so you can start the New Year with a new way of receiving online bookings. New year, new you, new bookings!
