    Can I move my data from my existing software provider?

    Of course! We provide a free data migration from most major software providers as part of your subscription. If you would like to know more about what can be moved, please contact our sales team.

    Where will my data be hosted?

    All data is stored in highly secure, ISO27001 accredited, monitored datacentres around the world. We typically store your data in the country your business operates in, for example our UK customers have their data hosted in the UK and our Australian clients have their data hosted in Australia.

    How do I contact technical support?

    All TM3 customers have access to our excellent Knowledge Base which contains videos and guides on how to make the most of the features available to you. For those who require further assistance, our support team are available via in-app live chat, telephone and email.

    Can someone help me setup my Connect page?

    Our Knowledge Base has a range of videos and guides on how to setup your Connect platform however if you require additional support and design services, please contact your account manager for pricing.

    Is my data safe and secure?

    Your data is in safe hands with us. At TM3, we have a dedicated infosec team working around the clock to ensure our systems and processes are secure. We run backups of your data every 30 minutes which are then stored at multiple locations to ensure we have a contingency plan to get you back up to speed should anything go wrong.
